5 Plover Street in bustling Peregian Beach is a modest but comfortable pet-friendly and original beach shack. Sleeping up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms it is perfectly placed for surfing enthusiasts and families alike and offers great value for money. It is a very short walk to the nearby beach.
The property is split across 2 levels with the lower level given over to a huge rumpus room with table tennis and a TV – this is a great kids retreat. The laundry with washer and dryer is also on the lower level. There are a shower and separate WC located in the back yard area, perfect for washing the sand off after a surf or an afternoon at the beach.
Upstairs you’ll find the main living area, with kitchen, dining and lounge area, plus the 3 bedrooms. The main living area is air-conditioned.
The main bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and ceiling fan. The ensuite with shower opens out onto the back deck as well as the sunroom at the front of the house. Open up both doors and let the refreshing ocean breezes sweep through.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed and ceiling fan, while the 3rd bedroom has 2 x Bunk beds (to sleep 4). These rooms share the main bathroom with bathtub, shower and separate WC.
The rear elevated deck is a lovely place to enjoy the sunsets over the Noosa Hinterland while dining al fresco. There is a BBQ for guest use. A sunroom runs the full width of the house at the front, providing lots of ventilation.
Parking for 2 cars is available in the driveway with additional on-street parking available.
Pets are welcome on approval – fees do apply and they must remain outdoors at all times.
Please note that amenities, including toiletries, toilet paper and milk, are not provided at this property – guests need to supply their own. There is an IGA supermarket 650m from the house in the main village of Peregian Beach.
Beach towels are not provided.
