3 Paluma Street in a peaceful residential area of Sunrise Beach is a comfortable pet-friendly family home, ideally suited to 1-2 couples or a small family. The discerning owners live here throughout the year and want their guests to feel just as at home here as they do.
The spacious open-plan living and kitchen area are very well-equipped, with everything you need to enjoy your holiday here. Many of the furnishings are original pieces, which those in the know will appreciate.
Help yourself to one of the many novels on the bookshelves, play a board game, enjoy some tunes on the high-quality music system, complete with turntable, or watch a movie on 1 of 2 very large screen SmartTVs. A BluRay player and DVDs are also provided.
At the end of the day take a dip in the beautifully tiled and brand new private plunge pool (5m x 3.2m) at the front of the property, perfect for cooling off in.
The kitchen opens out onto a sunny back patio, with outdoor dining and Weber BBQ. This area is fully-secure, allowing pets and children to play in safety. There is additional indoor dining to seat 6 as well as a breakfast bar to seat 3 at the kitchen island bench.
The main bedroom at the back of the house has a King bed, large wall-mounted SmartTV (no free to air channels), ceiling fan and air-conditioning. Walk through the large dressing area to the ensuite, with double rain showers.
The second bedroom is at the front of the house and has a Queen bed and ceiling fan. The main bathroom has a large bathtub and separate rain shower. An adjacent laundry has a washing machine only, with a clothesline at the back of the house.
Office space with two desks and a printer is available for those who need to take of business while on holiday.
Furry companions will love the grassed back and side areas that are available to them. Travertine tiling has been used throughout the house, allowing guests to relax knowing that dirty paw-prints can be easily removed!
The patrolled beach at Sunrise is a 10-minute walk from Paluma Street, with off-leash areas available at various points. There are also two children’s playgrounds nearby.
A number of conveniences are available in the suburb, including the very popular Sunrise Bakery, butcher and pharmacist. The Noosa Aquatic Centre and Noosa Tennis Club are also based in Sunrise Beach.
Paluma Street is a 10-minute drive to Noosa’s Hastings Street and Main Beach. Or jump on the local bus service that passes nearby.
The garage is not available for guest use but there is space for 2 cars in the driveway and a small boat – on-street parking is also available.
