Both bedrooms have ceiling fans but no air-conditioning, but with air-conditioning in the adjacent living area it services both areas adequately. The main bathroom has an over-bath shower, and provides external access to the pool area. There is a separate WC.
Guests have access to the shared pool area and the communal alfresco dining area and BBQ.
