This charming double storey home is located in one of Peregian Beaches most sought after streets. Offering not only exceptional convenience just steps away from the beach but it is positioned only 400 meters from the Peregian Beach village where you’ll find fashion boutiques, local cafes, and popular markets.
As you enter the fenced property, you will instantly ease into holiday mode. The entrance will lead you past a private study and into the open living area, where your attention will be drawn to the timber floors, high ceilings and white furnishings. The living area is perfect to enjoy a film and unwind on the coastal lounge. Open the adjacent sliding doors in summer to take advantage of the tropical climate and ocean breeze throughout the space. An 8-person dining table is set in the open space next to the centralised kitchen. Fully equipped, the kitchen is designed so you can entertain guests across the entire space. Choose between seating at the additional 4-person dining set or take a seat on the bar stools along the kitchen bench where conversation can flow effortlessly.
Located at this end of the house is the second living area, fully equipped laundry, and contemporary bathroom. This floor opens onto an expansive covered balcony with sweeping national park views from every aspect. Enjoy alfresco dining for 6 or cosy up on the coastal lounge– this is outdoor entertainment at its finest.
Ascend the stairs to find 2 bedrooms located next to each other. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed whilst bedroom 3 has two king single beds, both complete with a study desk, wardrobe, and leafy views. The shared bathroom is central to the upstairs floor, adorned with featured wall tiles, a free-standing bath, and an open shower, with the private toilet next door. Adjacent to the bedrooms is the bright and warm master suite. Here you’ll be greeted to a king bed, wardrobe, ensuite and private balcony. Facing the east, this balcony is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the sparkling sea vista.
