The Space

Located in the sought-after street of Park Crescent, the apartment is one of only three in the boutique complex. Walking up a small set of stairs you’ll arrive at the entrance. As you enter, you will immediately feel relaxed, with your attention being drawn to the timber floors, white interiors and coastal embellishments that create a welcoming environment.

Down the hallway is the master suite, adorned with a timber bedhead and bedside tables, featuring a queen bed and a mirrored built-in wardrobe. The stand-out feature of the bedroom is the secluded leafy terrace with views of Sunshine’s exclusive beach. Open the clear stacker doors to take advantage of the cool ocean breeze or sit on the hanging alfresco chair to immerse yourself in the coastal lifestyle without leaving your apartment. Here, you can leave the property through a gated access, leading you down a shaded pathway directly to the beach.

The next door over is bedroom 2 comprising of two single beds, a built-in mirrored robe, and nautical timber furnishings. At the end of the hall, you’ll find the contemporary main bathroom with a bath/shower, vanity, and toilet on the feature blue floor tiles.
